I do not have this stuff pack on my computer.

Hello,
This error usually pops up if you have already installed the EP. First, look in your Program Files (86) Electronic Arts. Do you see Outdoor Living?
Are you sure you've never had Outdoor Living before? You may want to click yes as it will delete any traces. Don't worry it won't delete any other of your games.
Thanks,
Layloria

Hello Misa Fawn,
Yes, what Layloria said. Click on "Yes" to un-install Outdoor Living Stuff. When that is done, please re-boot the computer, before attempting to re-install Outdoor living Stuff.
This type of error usually pops up when you didn't un-install something properly. Good luck, and do post back on here when you're ready.
