Trying to download Sims 3 University and getting error

when I try to open the launcher from the RAR file I get this error:

When you extracted the .rar, did you make sure to do it with WinRAR? If you use any other program it's possible that the files may get damaged. You can get WinRAR in our downloads server, here:

So, please open the .rar with WinRAR, extract all of the files inside to a folder somewhere (in your desktop, for example), and then double click in Autorun to start the installation.

The Guide inside the torrent has the product code, but apart from that you don't need to follow it. If you follow this guide, you shouldn't have any problems:
