ORIGIN website problem & ORIGIN client log-in issues. [SOLVED] Empty ORIGIN website problem & ORIGIN client log-in issues. [SOLVED]

Greetings guys!

I'm in need of big help.
The Origin website does not work for me. It is all in a mess.
The Origin App shows log in problems when my internet works fine. "You must be online when logging in for the first time."
Please Please Please help.

Hello ukix3 and welcome,

If the login works fine for you normally, can you try logging in again later ? Also, try deleting your browser's cache and cookies. Press CTRL + SHIFT + DELETE. Then in the small window that comes up, choose cookies and cache. After the deletion, close the browser, and then re-open it. Try again, then.

Thank for helping. I followed every said and it didn't work. Same problem... ORIGIN website problem & ORIGIN client log-in issues. [SOLVED] Icon_sad

Hey Carlos,

It won't work. Someone told me that I need to reformat my whole computer because some cracked game modified the website make it unable to work. I don't know how to reformat my whole computer myself so I tried asking help here. Smile
