Stupid question (origin and 3dm crack). [SOLVED]

I'm gonna ask a stupid question which hopefully you guys can answer for me.

So the new updated 3dm crack allows you to use a legit origin username ONLINE whilst playing.

However the game doesn't update items and it doesn't patch. it just allows you to play regularly and use the chat features. 

if you go on origin and ask to update the cracked game, it asks for a product code.

3dm is supposed to release cracked updates but I guess they realized EA made it damn near impossible to crack and pirate this game and probably moved on to other projects.

just for educational purposes, if I were to use an origin account that belonged to my cousin or something, that already purchased sims 4, and log in that account to my pc, would the 3dm crack update it, or will it not work or would I have to download a legit sims 4 version? Would this affect saved games and progress.

Those jerks at ea aren't releasing manual patches due to piracy and people are too stupid to see it. The game is basically identical to sims 2 and nothing special.

I probably won't buy the game legit until the third expansion comes out in a bundle or something. Thanx again.

the times of pirates is becoming hard but not impossible

It seems my complaining did something because they just released a torrent of the current patch for the legit version. The star wars halloween expansion and it's working fine.
