Sims 4 force close [SOLVED]

Today it keeps on force closing and my anti virus keep popping  I tried disabling  and ignore threat it  but nothing happens   .

So, have you added the folders in the installation path to your antivirus exceptions list?
You should add the Program Files\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 folder to that list, and if that doesn't work, try also adding the 4 subfolders inside. This should get rid of the warning.

I already included the sims 4 in the exception list together with its subfolders but it doesn't work:(((

Did you already include the Program Files\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Game\Bin too?

And does AVG have some sort of file exception? Like adding a specific file to the exceptions list. If it does, then you can add the TS4.exe directly to the list and that may get rid of the issue.
