Hello, I installed the sims 3 pets and then it starts giving this error (The Sims 3 has encountered an error and needs to close) when the world comes to pick it loads 20% and then it happens. before that when he enters the frame has TS3 pets letters are confused with the loading bar and then the other will display all normal up to 20%. I am using Windows XP and my pc accepts the requeriments. I'm sorry for my bad english, bye.
EDIT: Already installed the "fix" and nothing happens!

EDIT 2: Deleted all custom content (nothing happens). I can't post images Sad Evil or Very Mad

Hello,
Is that also true for your graphics card? Some cards are no longer supported with the coming of the Pets expansion.
Try this, option 2 in particular.
