Can't download Sims 4

I tried to download the game and it won't install all the way it stops at one point and says... So I can't even get to the game can someone help?

Hi there, and welcome to the Games4theworld Forum! 
Did you make sure to extract the RAR file with WinRAR? I suggest you do this: create a new folder in the desktop, called "The Sims 4"; then, open the RAR you got from the torrent with WinRAR and drag all of the files inside to the folder you just created; finally, double click the The_Sims_4_Setup.exe.

Hello,
Are you absolutely sure you are un-packing the .RAR download somewhere on your C: drive ? Make a folder somewhere on your C: drive. Extract ALL contents of the .RAR, with the program WinRAR, into that empty folder on C:, which you just created.
Ater that, exit WinRAR and go INSIDE that folder with the extracted content. Re-start the installation from within that folder, with the setup.exe. Good luck again !
