The dynamic library "rld.dll" failed to initialize (E1104) [SOLVED]

Okay, so i'm having the same problem as this person

I installed the game and the error came up, found the thread I mentioned above, so I decided to reinstall vcredits again. Installed vcredit_x86 manually and i tried installing vcredit_x64, but I couldn't because my computer is 32bit, so it can't support it I guess? Can I do anything about this at all?

No, you can't install the vcredist_x64 if your OS is 32 bits. But that's no problem, just continue with the rest of the guide. It won't affect at all the installation.

Yeah, but I already installed it and it won't start. I get this error when I try to launch the game "The dynamic library "rld.dll" failed to initialize (E1104)". And I tried everything they suggested in this other thread.

So, you already made sure that all of the folders in the install location are added to the exception list of your antivirus? You should also try re-downloading the Ultimate Fix with your antivirus disabled. After you are done copying the folders, see if your game works. Only then enable your antivirus again.

I don't have an antivirus program  And yes, I downloaded the ultimate fix, extracted the folders in the directory and i still get the same error : (

One thing you could try is uninstalling and reinstalling the vcredist_x86.

If that doesn't work, please post a screenshot of your Program Files\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Game\Bin folder, in detail mode and with all files and columns visible if you don't mind. It could help us see the problem.
