Sims 4 cant download

I see there's a guide on how to download sims 3 but not sims 4 i assume its around the same but I came into a problem in the beginning Thats all I had after downloading the torrent and I see in the Sims 3 video its supposed to have a CD as the type but I only have this so I couldnt mount the image thanks so much

Hi there, and welcome to the Games4theworld Forum! 
Actually, installing The Sims 4 is different from The Sims 3, so the video on how to install the latter will not work in TS4's case.
What you need to do is extract the RAR file that you got with the torrent, using WinRAR exclusively. If you don't have WinRAR, you can get it in our downloads website here:
http://www.games4theworld.org/downloads.html
You must extract the RAR to an empty folder, anywhere in your C: drive. There is an Installation Guide inside, that you should read. But it's basically this: you only need to double click The_Sims_4_Setup.exe and follow the steps on the screen. This will install the game on your computer. To update it to the latest version, you need to download the Ultimate Fix from this link here:

It has a guide included. Follow the instructions very carefully and you should be fine. If you encounter any issues, please let us know. Good luck!
