TS4 is unable to start. [SOLVED]

After installing G4TW download of TS4, whenever I start the game, this error comes up. It's the same after applying Ultimate Fix, and after re-installing. Any solutions?

Hello Komet Blu and welcome,
Do you still have the original .RAR of the Ultimate fix ? If yes, can you re-extract the contents from the .RAR, and re-apply the fix then ? Also, did you configure your anti-virus program(s) correctly ? Is the install location of the game added to the "exclusions" of the software ? And also make sure to add the download location for your internet browser stuff (!!!) to the exclusions too - you might have to try re-downloading the fix, later on.

I added my download location to the exceptions, and unzipped, than re-applied the Fix. One of that seems to have donethe trick, because the game is working now! 
So yeah, thanks for fast answer, and for all the great work you guys put into this site, it's one of the rare ones I can say I had nothing but straight positive experiences with.
