Hi! I can see the folders from your image, with the expansions you have, but what do you mean when you say "Sims 3 showing user and everything blank"?

Did you follow all the steps on the guide below? If you didn't, please do so and let us know. Thanks!

Yes i did what mean when u open up the game it doesn't show the worlds or the menu and in the log in says sims 3 user and u cant click play looks like this SIms # Blank when oping up [SOLVED] Screen10

You must repeat steps #2, # and #5 here:

Note that if you have already dopwnloaded the latest patch + Ultimate fix, then of course you don't have to "re-download". In that case, simply re-apply all the stuff, according to this guide. Good luck again !

Remember: everytime you add a new expansion, you must re-apply the manual patch first, and then re-apply the Ultimate fix too.

I did what the link said didn't work I had to reinstall the base game it seam to fix it
