The Sims Freeplay

So, where can I look for to download Sims Freeplay and all its updates for Android?

I thought at the google play store.
And it is free.

I think it's Free to PAY not Free to Play.

What's the difference? Free to Pay doesn't mean anything. 
I just need a link to another site where all updates are available to download. Somewhere other that Google Store.

You have options to do things and that cost money but it is not a must.
I played for a while but I think it sucks xD Your sims use real time so if your sim is sleeping it takes 8 hours real time.
