cannot connect online TS4 Empty cannot connect online TS4

So Ive been trying to connect to the online gallery in the sims 4. I have an origin account and have the sims 4 CAS demo in my origin library. To the best of my knowledge ive allowed game connection through firewall but game still will not connect. Is there anything i didnt do or am not doing correctly?

You need to start Origin, then start your Sims 4 game.
That will connect automatically.
