Can't connect online. Empty Can't connect online.

i tried to connect online it said "attempting to connect..." but nothing happened. it just loads forever. why is that? Sad how can i connect?

Hello again,

If you mean connecting to the gallery with a cracked Sims 4, did you manage to connect in the past ? If yes, you could simply try re-connecting at different times of the day; sometimes you need to do that because these servers may not always work.
