sims 4 problem

hey all and again with a problem in the laptop
I have a laptop that the sims 4 don't work correctly it freezes every 10 seconds and it stills freezd for 20 seconds I think
but in the normal pc it doesn't freeze it works perfectly
and I cracked it with the ultimate fix and changed settings to laptop mode but nothing happened and it freezes only in game not in menu
any solutions and thanks

Are you completely sure that your laptop has the minimum requirements for the game? What specs does it have?

Note: intel hd graphics 4000
and no I have no mods installed in my laptop only in the normal pc
and when I checked if the game works it saids that

	The Sims 4

but is there any way to get it work ?
if no then I will continue to play it in the normal at least it works
