The sims 4 ultimate fix!!!!!

hello, so I downloaded the update only version of the ultimate fix, I did exactly as the instructions said but when I start my game I don't see any pools or anything ,the only virus software I have is windows defender and I turned that off when I downloaded the fix,plz help Why.

Please try and keep ALL your issues in only one topic, because it could become confusing for us to follow individual progress.

As for your current problem...did you make sure to CLOSE Origin completely before playing ? And keep in mind too, that on many computers, there are pre-installed anti-virus programs, which many people "overlook". Again, look very closely at the stuff you have installed on your computer. And then (re-) read the guide I posted here:

If you CANNOT find the options to edit "exclusions", you might want to turn off the program completely, But keep in mind that you will need to have it turned off permanently then. Good luck for now ! Smile

ive downloaded the sims 4 fix several times and i still end up with this result. ive tried everything to try and fix it but nothing works. any advice? Help

Most likely though, you didn't do something right. And most likely too, your anti-virus is deleting your installation files. You must familiarize yourself with your anti-virus. I cannot tell you 'what exactly' you need to do, since I don't know what anti-virus program you have.

This guide is mainly meant as a guideline on what you need to do. In any case, you must make sure that your anti-virus doesn't delete anything in your game installation folder.

i cant seem to find the forum for this but i downloaded the sims 4 ultimate fix pack that has the dlc of outdoor retreat but i have the actual sims 4 base game on my computer what im trying to figure out as what i seen in the youtube video and what i get from extracting the file seem to be completly diferent and im not sure how to properly install this to my sims 4 so i can play outdoor retreat and send my sims on vacation as the vacation location and option dont seem to be available and it keeps saying yuma hights what ever that is so im sorry if this is the wrong forum but if u can help me out here to figure out how to get them to apear and work that will be great as i cant get the actual dlc off origin since it never takes my purchase so it wont give me it so plz if you can help that would be great oh and i dont get any errors if u were wondering just boots up but dont indicate that i have outdoor retreat and stuff

As I said to the other person above too: please open a NEW thread for your problems. It only gets too messy if too many people post in one and the same thread. You can easily open a new topic if you go into a sub-forum, and then click on "new thread", at the top.
