Sims 3 frezzes

I know everybody had this Problem, but i got no solution for it. It just freezes and the SimCrystal is still rotating.
I have an High end pc(gtx 980, ssd, 16ram, i7 4x4)
the error is there with high and with low settings, it didnt change anything.
And YES i got the sims 3 fix.
HELP ME

Do you have any mod installed? My game used to freeze like that before I installed Nraas' ErrorTrap and Overwatch. If you want, you can also install MasterController and reset everything in the town. Sometimes the game freezes when trying to compute a stuck sim/situation/etc. Try those and report back!

I have this three mods and it doesn't helped...

Have you noticed it happens at any specific time?

It just happents randomly. But very often and after a little time. Maybe change Nvidea Settings?

You could try that, do you have vertical sync turned on?
