Sims 4 start up error

Hi I just download the sims 4 from this website and when i go to start it up it comes up saying: unable to start:
Initialization error at start up.
[135dec40;984c6a38:00000077]
I don't know what the problem is or how to fix it i assume its the fix and i currently have it downloading but it is taking forever so i don't want it to be a waste of time if thats not going to fix it.
and sorry if you've already answered this question 1000 times before but I'm struggling to figure out your website it took me 20 minuted to figure out how to post this.

Hello and welcome to the forum,
What's really important about this issue, is written in the guide here:

You really need to pay attention to configure your anti-virus program(s) in advance. Also, make sure to configure the firewall properly too. That's really essential. After that, re-download the Ultimate fix and re-apply it.
Take your time for reading through it.
This is certainly one of the most 'difficult' guides on here, but very essential for getting the Sism 4 to run. Good luck, and keep us posted if you like.
