Game doesn't start up even when Origin is running

Whenever I try to open up Sims 4 this pops up:
So then I decide to open Origin up.
And the same error message pops up
Help please?

Hi there, Hikittys! 
When exactly did this error happen? Was it when you installed Get to Work? And was it working fine before or is this the first time you installed the game?
If you haven't installed Get to Work, try doing it. It contains the latest patch of the game. Also, take a look at this topic here:
