I cannot see/open the instructions inside the .RAR file, possible fix.

Hello,
Inside the download of the Ultimate fix for TS4, there is a .pdf file with instructions on how to apply it, and some other important information too. In the event that you "cannot see" or open the file, try downloading and installing the latest version of the Adobe Reader, which is available (for free) on this site here:
https://get.adobe.com/reader/otherversions/
After installing the program, you should then be able to see/open the .pdf files. Good luck !
