Game won't save! HELP PLEASE!

Have been playing the Sims 4 with recently installed Get to Work, however I've had a number of problems including when building on lots (walls wont show up), but biggest problem is that the game won't save! It just comes up with a message saying 'The game failed to save. Error code: 0'.

Any advice? Thanks!

Hello and sorry for the belated reply,

You could attempt navigating to My Documents/Electronic Arts and rename the folder "The Sims 4", into anything different. Then start the game temporarily, and exit it. When you go back to the location I mentioned, you will see that a "fresh" The Sims 4 folder has been created.

Go to your old/renamed folder and copy the sub-folder "Saves". Now paste that folder into your fresh "The Sims 4" folder. When prompted, select "merge folders" and "replace existing files" too.

Re-start the game, load into it, and see if you can save now. Good luck !

P.S. are you using mods or custom content ?
