URGENT HELP WITH SIMS 4 download (needs origin to update)

Hello,

I had previous uninstalled sims 4 which I had previous downloaded from games4theworld and I ended up downloading it again from the same sims4.rar and follows the instructions but when I open the game I keep getting this message -

"The contents of your user data directry were created by a newer version of the sims 4 and cannot be loaded. Please update your game via origin"

I do not have origin installed at all or ever did. I also tried downloading the ultimate fix but that didn't work either. Please help ASAP as I really miss playing this game and only had to uninstall it so I wouldn't be tempted to play during my exams.
