Completely stuck!

So I'm completely stuck! I downloaded the sims 4 to my desktop. When I run the setup I get the error code "source file not found:
c:\users\tara\desktop\setup1.cab" It asks me to verify that it exists, and it does, and when I hit retry I get the same thing. I DL the ultimate fix as well, but since I can't go to program files, electronic arts, then sims 4 because it doesn't exist in there, I can't use it to see if it works. Can I get any help?

Have you got more than one Program Files folder?
some people have Program Files and Program Files x86, which is usually where this folder is located.
