Impossible to connect to the gallery. [SOLVED] Empty Impossible to connect to the gallery. [SOLVED]

When I try to connect to the gallery I get this error:
Impossible to connect to the gallery. [SOLVED] O3KLQSy
It says: "Impossible to connect, you need to have The Sims 4 registered in your Origin Account to access online resources".
I have all the DLCs and the base game downloaded, all Reloaded versions. I am currently trying to connect by the main  menu with Origin running online in the background.
What can I do to solve this problem?

EDIT:
Problem solved after downloading the CAS demo.

I have checked this tread and did all that was there, the problem continued.
However, after I download the CAS demo, played with it and opened TS4 again I could finally use the gallery.

Hello all,


Indeed, it seems EA/Maxis have come up with some sort of change in the program, that is targeted at those who use pirated Sims 4 games. As of now, it seems that this problem can mostly be fixed by adding/downloading the Sims 4 CAS demo, onto the Origin account that you use for connecting to the gallery.

As the OP's issue seems resolved, I will close the thread. Have fun ! Smile
