(Again) The Sims 4 Strop responding, close the game. Empty (Again) The Sims 4 Strop responding, close the game.

Hi
I wrote in a forum concerning this particular issue a couple of days ago and I thought I fixed it but I was wrong. It worked only for a couple of times until then it happened again. A window saying "the sims 4 stop responding" every time I try to travel back to my sim's retail area.. 
I would very much appreciate anyone who can help Smile

p.s: I don't have any mods nor cc, but I did download a couple of house from the gallery but none that include cc.

Hello and sorry for the late reply,


(Again) The Sims 4 Strop responding, close the game. Dve16uc8nnw2



You can find this option in Control Panel/System/Advanced/Performance/Settings. Choose the setting that I marked with an arrow in the screenshot. The click on "Apply and then on "OK".


Now re-boot the computer ! After the re-boot, play on and see if anything improved. Good luck !
