Purchase base game and GTW download

Hello, I hoped I posted this in the right section. My question is since I purchased the base game will I be able to download GTW? If so, where do I drag the folders to?

I have the Collectors edition as well as OR and it works fine with that. I just extracted the files directly to my installation folder as it said in the instructions. No problems at all with it. Same with a friend of mine as well.
