Cannot have The Sims 4: Get to Work & The Sims 4: Outdoor Retreat at the same time?

Hi! I have a problem. When I installed The Sims 4 & Get To Work there were not any problems. When I downloaded Outdoor Retreat pack my Get to Work pack has missed. I try to reinstall all packs but this problem still happening. I cannot have 2 packs at the same time why ? Just with The Sims 4 & Outdoor Retreat I can play or just with The sims 4 & Get to work I can play, but two of them does not work. Could you please help me ?

From what I know the "Get to work" download from G4TW includes "Outdoor retreat".

I downloaded the Ultimate Fix for The Sims 4 and this fix solved my problem thank you very much again
