The Sims 4 - Get to Work - Ad Campaign wont compete?

I purchased an ad campaign (to be honest I cant recall which one its been so long) and it will not complete and thus I cannot purchase any more. I've sold my store and re-purchased the lot and built a brand new place and I still I cannot purchase any. Any way to reset it or any thoughts anyone? I have no mods installed relating at all to ad campaigns.

I kind of want to figure this out because at this point I'm feeling like I don't get enough customers and the fact that they are always the same people is infuriating lol

I never played with it, sorry, but maybe the latest version of the game can fix your problem?
