Renovating special lots (Police Station, Hospital..etc) Empty Renovating special lots (Police Station, Hospital..etc)

Okay, so hi,

This is not that much of a huge problem but when I renovate the lots that the sims goes to in Get To Work, the options that I need to click on for my sims to actually do their work disappears.

Any help? Thanks! x
