the sims 3 error~!

already installed the sims 3 and so on..but when i started it..on the page where sunset valley icon appear..its where we can delete our character and create new sims..there's this error where a gray windows come out and only can see the sunset valley icon..and a small light gray box..and at the middle of the gray windows there is this code --->***8700161032850120685*** ...when i click the light gray buttonn just below the ***8700161032850120685*** code...it suddenly auto closed the sims3..
