Issue about downloading sth. from TS 4 Gallery

Hi! I followed this instructions https://games4theworld.forumotion.com/t18195-connecting-to-the-gallery-in-the-sims-4  and now I am able to access the gallery with The Sims 4 Create A Sim Demo, but my problem is I have GTW pack and Outdoor Retreat Pack I downloaded them but  I am not able to  download anything from gallery just because my orijin says I just have Create A Sims Demo not other packages or the Sims 4 so I cannot download anything from gallery   Could you please help me ?

Sorry, but what exactly is the problem that you are having? If you get into the Gallery in The Sims 4 and download something, do you get an error message? Or where does Origin say that you 'only have the CAS Demo'?

Keep in mind that you need to access the Gallery from the full game, not from the CAS Demo, after you have entered in there.

Thank you very much for your reply  I am pretty new to the game I could not get used to still but I solved my problem I learnt that  if I want to download a sim I should be in the sim creating mode or if I want to download a lot I should be in the build mode because of this I could not download anything but now I can I understood that but a little late understood  thank you very very much  

I can't connect to the gallery, i have origin and i logged into origin and left it running in the background , online access is enabled in my game but when i try to connect to the gallery in the right hand corner where my username should be it says RLD, i want to download from the gallery so can someone help me

Try downloading TS4 CAS Demo and connecting through that.
