Error writing to file

Hello all, hopefully I can get a little help or just pointed in the write direction.. I've searched the site for a fix to my problem but can't find anything. I don't know if this problem is due to something wrong with the PC or me downloading it wrong. I've downloaded sims 4 to another computer before and it works just fine but when I try to get it on this computer I keep getting an issue. Also just to be sure I do not have origin on this computer, I turned my firewall off and I turned my anti virus off because even after I made exception for the files I still got the error, I did re download the sims to the torrent twice and started over.
(Sorry If this post is a complete mess, hopefully someone can still help me )

I get this first before I start the download, right when I click the game set up.. Idk if its normal just wanted to share in case it isn't.

If I push retry the same thing happens, If I push Ignore it cancels the download.

I tried to do that fix and the same thing happened, this time I let the installer go through and got a different error when I pushed Ignore.

Try completely disabling your anti-virus.
