Mods Doesn't Work. [SOLVED]

Hello, My problem is my mods aren't working. My sims game is on D drive and not on C. I install my mods to documents\electronic arts\the sims 3\mods\packages but it doesn't work and I don't know what to do. Tried with resource.cfg too.
Recently I was using The Sims 3 Deluxe Edition and mods folder was inside the game folder and it was working but I deleted deluxe and just downloaded base game and I can't use mods now

That should help you already. If you are still having issues after that, I will try and help you via TeamViewer. For that, check the forum's chatbox (at the top of the forum's main page) when you see me online there.
