Households are all empty (help)

After I installed the latest fix, I tried to play my household but it was empty. I tried playing different households but they were empty as well (The whole world is empty). All the households appears in the "Manage Households" list but they are empty when you play them.

Do you have Mod or Custom Contents installed?
If so,
Try deleting some of the Mods. Maybe the problem will fix the issue.
Or backup your save files or trays. and delete the Sims 4 folder in the Documents folder.
Then reapply the backup you made.
If this doesn't fix the issue, Try backuping your save file and open The Sims 4 and see if it still glitching out.
But if this fixed the issue, then I need to tell you that you need to create a new Household.
