Sims 4 not installing to proper directory
Hello,
I am trying to install The Sims 4, however I have run into an installation issue. I inputted a custom installation directory on another drive because my OS drive is an SSD and does not have much space left. However, the game installs to the normal :C:\Program Files (x86)\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4" instead of where I wanted it to go. I tested this 5 times, using a different drive and running as an admin each time.
Is there a way I can get it to install on my other drive? Thanks.

Re: Sims 4 not installing to proper directory
Hi there,
Unfortunately the installer doesn't allow you to install to another drive.
But fortunately you can change the installation location after installation. In order to do so, follow these steps: https://games4theworld.forumotion.com/t19572-how-to-move-the-sims-4-to-another-partition-after-installation-fix
Good luck!
