Hello,

You should at first download the "Get to Work"-expansion from here:
https://games4theworld.org/downloads.html

And then get the latest Ultimate fix from the opening post here:
https://games4theworld.forumotion.com/t18086-the-sims-4-ultimate-fix


That way you will have the base game of Sims 4 and all DLC too. Good luck !
