Need help with Installing

Hey 
Wondering if you can help, I recently downloaded from you.
I have the Sims 3 base game, Sims 3 Ambitions & Sims 3 Late night already installed (bought from a shop, not downloaded).
I've downloaded your World Adventures, Generations, Fast Lane Stuff, Outdoor Living Stuff, Town Life Stuff & High End Loft Stuff. I downloaded into a .rar file, opened installation kit, followed every instruction for every expansion and stuff pack, went to play & when I open Sims 3 Launcher it pops up telling me "An error has occurred in the script on this page.." I press continue. I click on play and it tells me that the Sims 3 Town Life Stuff disk needs to be inserted and when I press "cancel" it tells me "The process could not be started". On the Sims 3 Launcher, all of the little icons at the bottom left are lit, to say I've got all of the expansions installed, I just cant find a way around this. I've tried everything. Please help!

Hello,
Please try our instruction video.
The "please insert disk" notification is usually caused by a misplaced crack. If you watch the video, you can see for yourself if you placed each file in its appropriate folder.
Please post a screenshot of the folder you copied the crack to so we can see if that is in fact the problem.

I saw where I went wrong, I moved the cracks to the expansion folder and not the Sims 3 base game one. Now, it loads up an error which says that ive installed unofficial game that doesnt match my current version of the sims 3 and I may experience crashes or bugs? Many thanks for your help, Ellie

Hello,
The latest fix should fix that error, but your game isn't really going to crash if you just click continue.
You may also replace your current crack with the one from the latest fix.

I've done that and it works perfectly now, thanks so much
One more thing, Can I download CC from websites for my sims? Ive tried one but it told me my sims pack had failed?

Hello,
You should be able to, but we always advise installing custom content 5 at a time in case one of them causes your game to crash. Store updates shouldn't be a problem.
If a simpack fails, it may be corrupted or not compatible with your current game version.
