The sims 4 startup problem.

Hello, first of all sorry for my bad English but I'm italian so i don't speak it very well. However,i have a problem when I start the sims 4. I premise that until a month ago I have played with the game without any problem (and without origin), I stop playing for all june and now when I tried to run again the game I have this error:

The sims 4 startup problem. Error10

"Unable to start: at the moment origin is not running. Make sure Origin is running before groped to play The Sims 4"

Origin in not installated.
I tried to solve it without results, for this reason I decided to unistall all, clean my pc and download the game from games4theworld piratebay torrent. I do it and at the beginning I have the error: "unable to start: initialization error at the startup" so I followed this guide and this other (I have avast but not microsoft security essential). I have not solved the problem so I looked for a possible solution reading other posts. At the end I decided to install the ultimate fix and now the problem is again that of the image I posted. Someone says something about the firewall, and the connection but I don t understand very well. How I can do?

The part about the Windows firewall should be easy to do, please re-read it carefully again. And AFTER you did that, please TURN OFF avast completely/permanently. Then try and re-start the game. Good luck !
