Startup Problem

I recently installed "Get Famous" and I have copied and pasted everything correctly. I start it up it loads but after the intro a window pops saying "the program TS4.exe encountered a problem" I don't know what to do I've reinstalled it 2 times already and it keeps showing up. The other game folders before "Get Famous" had rldorigin files but this one doesn't, so Im confused if thats the problem. Any help would be appreciated.
