Newest update for sims 4 get to work?

How long does it usually take for games4theworld take to update the GTW to the newest patch? And will they upload spa day with it?

They usually have to get cracks from the outside world, so it might be a little while before we get a new update, or any of the new DLC's 
I really DO hope that they update it soon, because they haven't updated the game for over 2 months. There has also been a major update where they added a new world called Newcrest. And I want that too.
