Anyone else have THIS problem???

So I kept having issues with Origin so I did a complete re-install of Windows 7. Re downloaded TS4, GTW and The fix. Got them all installed and the games started. I was thirlled...til the main menu loaded and looked like THIS! Any help for this?? (The screen isn't upside down, for some reason the image loaded that way)

I downloaded everything without an anti-virus program. I wanted to do it before I got one to make sure I didn't have the same issues as before. I am taking a risk and still don't have one right now until I get this right!
I have also tried unzipping and re applying GTW and the fix multiple times.

have you installed all your drivers after reinstalling windows?

This problem could be from missing video-card drivers.

THANK YOU O MUCH TJ!!! I didn't even think of that. DUH! updated the drivers and it's working like a charm!
