sims 4 could not be located

I've been trying to download the sims4 for days and every time I go try to play it say "The procedure entry point _except1 could not be located in the dynamic link library C:\Program files (x86)\Electronic Arts\ The sims 4\Game\Bin\TS4.exe
I have allowed the program in my fire wall and in windows defender (I dont have a anti virus :L ) already and I have also copy and pasted the files from the ultimate fix
Also the sims 4 isnt showing up in the control panel which is confusing?
I used to have the paid version of the game but I completely wiped out all traces of ts4 for the cracked version please help me It seems as ive tried everything and I dont know what to do.
