TSM4 Ultimate fix - No stuff packs showing up

So i successfully added the ultimate fix to my game. At the start screen something popped up. It said that I had new downloadable content and it will notify me when it was done downloading. I`m guessing those are the stuff packs (Spa day,cool kitchen stuff, and perfect patio). No notification really came up. Those stuff packs are missing from the game even though i applied the fix. The update 1.10 is fine though i got the new neighborhood newcrest but it`s just the stuff packs i`m missing. When I filter in build mode It says "you do not own this content"    and also I don't if this may be related to the problem but when I extracted the ultimate fix these errors showed up(in winrar)

!   C:\Users\Documents\My Games\Sims 4 stuff\TS4_temporary_update.part4.rar: Unexpected end of archive

I think those errors might mean that they were not finished downloading completely.

I did finish all of them. But ok I'm gonna try redownloading parts 1 and 4. Those two shows up alot on the errors...
