Error Writing to File. [SOLVED]

So I have been attempting to install The Sims 4 base game, but I keep getting the "error writing to file the rld.dll and then the rldorigin.dll file when hitting ignore. I have completely disabled my anti-virus (AdAware) and my firewall. I have tried running it as an administrator. I downloaded all the vcredist files and installed all of them. I even deleted the entire folder and then unzipped the .rar again using WinRAR but nothing is working. The first time I tried installing it, it worked perfectly but my anti-virus deleted the rld.dll file and now it won't install even though I unzipped all of the files again. What should I do? Should I just attempt to install the game manually using the 5 setup .rars or what? Although that method sounds hard since I won't know where everything goes.

Apparently turning my computer off for the night and trying again in the morning worked. The weirdness of some things in life with the easiest but weirdest solutions lol. So this topic may be closed now.
