Origin is not running?

And yes. I followed the instructions. And yes, everything is added to the exceptions list. I also moved the Sims 4 folder out of the EA folder. Still no luck. And after that, I uninstalled TS4 and Origin and tried again. I reset my entire game and I could get the base game to work, but once I added the fix, it went back to the Origin error. 

I've been trying to reach an admin for days now. If anybody has any tips, please let me know.

UPDATE: I still have no idea what to do. I've been trying to make contact with an admin in multiple ways since last Sunday, and still nothing. I feel as if I am being deliberately ignored.
