"Origin Is Currently Not Running" Error Only When Running 64-bit?

Hello, sorry to add on to the growing list of Origin related issues, but I've recently encountered one when trying to run the game.  For whatever reason, I am unable to run the TS4_x64.exe version of the game, but I have no issues starting up and being able to play the normal, TS4.exe version.

Prior to this latest ultimate fix, I hadn't really ran into any issues, and I had been able to play the 64-bit version of TS4 without any complications.  Something seems to be conflicting this time around, and I was wondering if anybody had an idea as to how I can go about this problem and fix it?

Have you double-checked whether your exclusions are set correctly? Both in your Windows Defender and any other third-party anti-virus systems?

Try re-applying the Ultimate fix too. In our experience, most people have the opposite problem: that the TS4.exe isn't working, but the TS4_x64.exe is. We'll see.   But other than the typical anti-virus issues, I can't say much else at that point. I myself can use both .exe files without any problem.
