Game keeps crashing when entering Sylvan Glade

Hi guys! 

As the subject says, my game keeps crashing whenever I try to travel to Sylvan Glade (A hidden area in Willow Creek). I've tried searching for solutions but no luck so far. Strangely, no one else seem to have this problem. 
Has anyone encountered this? Would appreciate some solutions. I really want the unique plants and collectables that spawn there for my gardener sim. >_

Just a quick update.

I found out that this issue might be the same as the loading screen crashing issue that many others get. Found some possible solution for it, mainly cleaning user files and deleting cache files.

I've updated my drivers just in case. I'm yet to re-install factory settings and cleaning the user files. I will update if they work.

For now, if anyone wants to recommend anything else I would love to know!

Update:

I've done everything. Resetting factory settings, deleted my sims 4 folder and started afresh just to test if there was something wrong with my saved game. But the new game still crashes when I travel to Sylvan Glade. 

I think there's just something really wrong with the game itself. I'm not sure what to do.

Could anyone here who got the game through G4TW test Sylvan Glade out? If you guys encounter the same problem or anything, could you let me know perhaps?

I'm gonna have to check out the Grotto as well if it has the same crashing problem.

Final Update:

Hi Admins,

I've managed to temporarily fix this one. Apparently if I play the game in Windowed Fullscreen or just Windowed mode it fixes basically any loading screen crashes. So for anyone who's having the same issue, just avoid playing in Fullscreen mode. Still not sure why fullscreen is a problem. My desktop is rigged for gaming. I guess this is just one of those weird Sims 4 glitches.

So, this topic can now be labeled as solved I guess. LOL. I just mumbled to myself all this time. But I hope this helps someone else.
