Tray files and Gallery

Since we can't access the gallery in game, can we still download things from the web browser gallery? Has anyone figured out how to do this? Or does anyone know how to get the tray files from a file with no download link (the person has only provided their origin name). So sorry if this has already been answered. I looked twice and didn't see anything. 

You can only download online if you can find a sim or lot someone has made and place the tray files of it into your tray folder.
