Error when I try to load Sims 4 Empty Error when I try to load Sims 4

OK so I went through the the threads adn didn't see this issue.  When I click on Sims 4 to play, I get this error:

dynamic library "rld.dll" failed to initiate

What do I need to do?  Is this something the fix will stop so I can load and play the game? I tried to run as administrator and got the same error message.  Help!

The fix should stop it, if you handle your antivirus properly before you download it Wink
