DOWNLOAD LACKING OF ONE FILE; Origin is not running

Hi I am really in need of help right now . Have been trying to solve this issue ever since 3 days ago but it was to no avail. I keep reinstalling and deleting the sims 4 file and have been following the video that sim architect created. I disable my AVG antivirus and disable  my windows defender but I'm still lacking one particular file during the transfer of 101 items, which I believed the missing item is Obfuscator.XZ which I cant find in the file.

Can anyone help me. I used RevoUninstaller to clear all of the sims 4 files and tried to re-install everything. And I have put an exception on my AVG and turn off the anti-virus but it still lack the 1 file. However, origin is still not running and I couldn't find the origin exe on my process.

I've had this problem as well and my solution for it is to open the Spa Day and Cool Kitchen Stuff download. I got this about a month ago and I'm not sure if there is still access to it as a download. Anyway, I just open it with Winrar and I move all of the folder files into my Sims 4 folder under the OS (C:)\Program Files (x86). It takes a while, but I've done it twice and it works for me 
I'm positive that the games4theworld online staff (i don't know what to call them) is working on this, since it has become a pretty big problem. Again, I'm not sure if this will work for everyone. Just trying to help!
